It’s dream we had for many nights. I’m incredibly happy and proud at the same time, worried until the moment I’ve seen it for real. It looks exactly the way it was designed, beautiful and massive.
UNDER THE SURFACE is a fantastic world that takes the visitors to a different place, that seeks to amaze and excite them. In this way, captivated and lost amid submerged islands and reflections of the sun on the sea bed, at the same time they will discover data about water consumption. It recounts the complexity of the world we live in, where we can no longer analyze just the surface of things: we need to go deeper.
Grateful to my great partners Gabriele Rossi Accurat and Gabriel Zangari Design Group Italia, together we made something impossible to do separately. And the Salone del Mobile that commissioned the installation and trusted us.
Thanks to the thousands of visitors who came every day, took pictures and enjoying being under the water surface.
